1. In 'Star Quality', series 1, episode 8, we can see a nameplate with 'Belle' on it, even though Belle is seen and named for the first time in 'Found Horse Part 1', series 1 episode 18, 10 episodes after.

2. Once, a scene was cut in the middle because a kangaroo just came on the set of The Saddle Club.

3. Heli Simpson (Veronica) is now a doctor at Mercy Hospital for women in Melbourne, Victoria (Australia).

4. The cast of The Saddle Club learnt how to ride on set with the Lord of the Rings horse trainer.

5. Lara's favorite songs to sing are Hello World and Storm.

6. Both Chris Hemsworth and Luke Hemsworth have played in The Saddle Club as George Whiteside and Simon in series two.

7. Troy Lovett played Murray Richards in series two and Jack O'Neill in the series three.

8. Sophie's first concert of life was Ja Rule.

9. Christopher Kirby is the only actor who played from series 1 to 3 (Mitch Hanson).

10. Hello World spent nearly a year in the Australian Top 100 chart, a singing career was launched. It was Lynn Bayonnas, The Saddle Club producer TV to get the girls sing this song for the credits of the TV show.

11. Another idea of Lynn's was to get the three Saddle Club girls to sing 'Hey Hey What You Say' in one of the second series episode. One small problem, 'Hey Hey What You Say' was Ashley and Melanie song. Lara, Sophie and Keenan rushed back into the studio. The new recording was paired with 'Hello World' and the result was the first Saddle Club single to make it to the Top 20.

12. Wonderland was the best heard as the opening song at the marvelous Sydney Royal Easter Show arena performances which were seen by over 150 000 people. It went even higher that 'Hey Hey What You Say', peaking at #17.

13. A version by Keenan of 'Storm' nearly made it into the 'Storm' episodes.

14. 'Trouble' is a mix up with the charts meant that this Ashley and Melanie single never made the Top 20 bu it's still the only duet by a twelve years old and thirteen years old to make to the Australian Top 40.

15. The 'Friends Forever' album was the third Saddle Club album in a raw to go gold.

16. 'Boogie Oogie Oogie' is a cover of seventies disco track that took the girls into the Top 20.

17. 'Undercover Movers and Shakers' was originally paired with 'Boogie Oogie Oogie' because The Saddle Club crew thought the video was much better. They planed to release the 'Undercover Movers and Shakers' video two weeks after the 'Boogie Oogie Oogie' video but were pleasantly surprised to see 'Boogie Oogie Oogie' get heps of video play. So they held back and re-released 'Undercover Movers and Shakers' on its own, only to find the new video hardly got played on TV at all. Still, 'Undercover Movers and Shakers' spent several months in the charts and is one that The Saddle Club really love to perform live.

18. 'Don't Ask Me' is the highest single of all The Saddle Club related CDs. It was the only single released from Heli Simpson's excellent 'Princess Veronica' album and peaked at #16.

19. 'Secrets and Dreams' was the title of the Saddle Club's fourth album. Written and recorded, the album didn't have a title yet and they were thinking of one. 

20. 'I'm A Girl' is the killer song from 'Secrets and Dreams'. It is one of Sophie's favourite so she has put down a gusty new vocal which she feels convey 

the meaning of the song as it should be heard.

21. Saddle Club Theme is an alternative mix of the theme music for Series Two and used to introduce every live performance The Saddle Club has made.

22. 'Wonderful Thing' is a song Jess performed only twice as part of the 'Princess Veronica' Tour.

23. 'Out on a Limb' was recorded during the Friends Forever sessions on the same afternoon as 'Brand New Day'. A song from Red to Dorothee. 

24. 'A Pony Is A Girl's Best Friend' is Janelle's song for The Saddle Club Arena Show. All the girls wish it was theirs to sing.

25. There were two versions of 'Hugo's song'. Lara, Sophie and Keenan recorded a version on their very first day in the studio but the Hugo in this first version was a black stallion. What the song writer didn't know was that the horse that was to appear in episodes one to six of series two was a dappled grey gelding. When it came time to re-record the new version, Keenan Lara and Sophie were busy filming. 'We'll sing it!!' pipped up Jess and Janelle...and they did too.

26. 'Now That I've Found You' was inspired by Kristi's sister story line from the 'Bloodlines' episode.

27. 'Be My Friend' is singing by Alex (Scooter). He relented and made it finally into the studio, but it was decided that 'Secrets and Dreams' would only feature Keenan, Lara and Sophie so he ended up sitting on the shelf.

28. 'Money Can't Buy' was co-written by Heli Simpson.

29. 'What I Believe' is Sophie's first original song, co-written with her father, Neil Bennett, who also played guitar on the recording.

30. Until Sophie asked to sing 'Happy Every Day' at the Arena Show, 'We Can Do Anything' was going to be her solo.

 

31. Anyone who has ever witnessed any of The Saddle Club shopping centre appearances, or indeed 'The Show Ponies' and 'Princess Veronica' tours will have heard 'Salute'. 'Hello World' starts with a triangle and there is no music to help the singer find the right key. This tune is the same key as 'Hello World' and is the same tempo...in fact, the drums are actually taken from a centre section of 'Hello World'.

32. Bonnie Bryant appeared in two episodes of The Saddle Club. In 'Star Quality' (series 1 episode 8), a woman playing a pioneer, and a judge in a horse show in 'Stevie's Bad Day' (series 2 episode 13).

33. Sophie is 5'4 tall.

34. Sophie's parents are Mary Bennett and Neil Bennett, Keenan's parents are Lori Jacobson and Cal MacWilliam and Lara's parents are Debbie Marshall and Brett Marshall.

35. When Lara met her ex-boyfriend, one of the first things he told her was that when he was a kid he had a crush on an actor who looked just like her.

36. Lara's favourite episodes are 'Foster Horse' ones.

37. Sophie loved detectives growing up.

38. Actually (2019), Sophie is a producer and a manager in advertising.

39. Lara's dad is a doctor in Australia.
